The Department Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells is looking for

Postdoctoral Scientist (f/m/d) - Development of Industrial All-Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells

Your Tasks

• - Manufacturing of highly efficient perovskite/perovskite tandem solar cells
• - Specific device characterization, experimental loss analysis, and simulation of single and tandem solar cells
• - Hands-on processing of individual process steps
• - Coordinating development work and experiments in cooperation the industrial partner
• - Publication of the scientific results as well as project proposal writing and acquisition of new third party funded projects

Your Profile

• - Completed doctoral degree in materials science, chemistry, physics, engineering or a related field
• - In-depth knowledge of semiconductor technology and the physics of solar cells
• - Hands-on experience in processing thin films and solar cells in the field of perovskite technology
• - Excellent analytical skills
• - Excellent communication and organizational skills
• - Enthusiasm about solar cells with drive for efficiency and team spirit
