가. 적격자가 없는 경우에는 초빙하지 않을 수 있음

나. 최종 초빙여부는 개별 통지하며, 계약조건을 정하여 계약제로 임용함

다. 응시원서 허위기재·변조, 임용일 기준 박사학위 취득 불가 등은 임용을 취소함
