1. possession of an doctoral degree in the field of the discipline of Theology

2. possession of teaching experience at the higher education level for at least 5 years

3. experience in scientific work, in particular in publishing research results in the form of publications in publishing houses and journals included in the lists conducted for the purpose of evaluating the quality of scientific activity - at least: an article in a journal from the list at the level of at least 100 points or two articles in journals from the list, one of which at the level of at least 70 points or authorship of a scientific monograph (in the two years preceding the announcement of the competition) ;
