Job description

– conducting teaching activities in the field of human resources management, management in organizations responsible for security, image communication and public relations, basic diplomatic protocol in the activities of the Police and other services subordinate to the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, as well as professional etiquette;

– participating in organizational activities for the Academy, including performing duties within task forces appointed by the Commandant-Rector;

Requirements

• a postdoctoral degree in social sciences;
• teaching experience at the bachelor's and master's degree levels in the field specified in the job description;

Additional
requirements/skills

• knowledge of a foreign language, spoken and written (preferably English or German);
• professional experience in performing tasks in various official positions, including managerial posts in uniformed services;

I hereby agree to have my personal data processed at the Police Academy in Szczytno, Poland. It concerns the data contained in the CV and other documents, which I sent to the Academy for the purpose of conducting a competition open to the position described in the job offer.

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016 Official Journal of the European Union L No. 119, p. 1; hereinafter referred to as: RODO, I am aware that:

1) the administrator of my personal data is the Police Academy in Szczytno with its registered office at

Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego Street 111, 12-100 Szczytno, Poland;

2) contact with the Academy's Data Protection Officer is: iod.odo@apol.edu.pl;

3) my personal data will be processed in order to conduct a competition open to the position described in the job offer at the Police Academy in Szczytno, in accordance with the Labour Code and Article 6 (1) (a) of the RODO Act;

4) the recipients of my personal data may only be entities entitled to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations and companies supporting the Academy in IT assistance;

5) my personal data will be processed for the period specified in the regulations on archiving or withdrawal of my consent to their processing;

6) I have the right to demand from the controller access to my personal data, the right to rectify, erase or limit the processing, the right to transfer the data, the right to withdraw consent at any time;

7) I have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisory Authority;

8) providing my personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the above mentioned purpose;

9) the reply to the offer in the form of submitting the required documents shall be regarded as the consent to the processing of my personal data;

10) withdrawal of consent for the processing of my personal data shall be executed by submitting a request to the HR Department of the Police Academy in Szczytno, Poland.
