Senior Assistant position at the Division of Experimental Physics, Laboratory for nuclear analytical methods, 1 position available.


Skills/Qualifications

In addition to the general employment criteria stipulated in Article 39, paragraph 7 of the Act on Higher Education and Scientific Activity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • - a doctoral degree in geoscience,
  • - proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sample preparation in an analytical chemistry laboratory, in XRF and TXRF analyses and gamma spectrometry, with experience in geochronological dating using the Pb-210/Cs-137/Am-241 method, in the application of GIS software and Earth observation techniques using optical and SAR data, as well as those with an aptitude for scientific, field, and teamwork.
