   1) 탄소중립 이행을 위한 글로벌 감축 통합평가 모형 구축

   2) 담당 세부 분야

* 통합평가모형을 활용한 에너지 관련 정책의 경제적 파급 효과 분석

* 통합평가모형 고도화를 위한 코딩 및 타 모형과의 비교분석

3. 지원자격:

   1) 국내외 관련 분야 석사학위(석사후연구원), 박사학위(박사후연구원) 소지자

   2) 연구에 전념하여 수월성 높은 연구 논문을 발표하고자 하는 의지가 높은 자

   3) 우대사항:

* 온실가스 저감 정책/기술 관련 연구 경험

* 에너지ㆍ온실가스 관련 경제·통계 데이터 분석/모델링 경험

* 연산가능일반균형(CGE) 모형 활용 또는 프로그램 사용 역량

* 유관 전공: 경제학, 환경공학, 통계학 등

4. 임용(계약)기간: 1년단위, 갱신 가능

Research Positions at the Center for International Studies, Yonsei University

The Center International Studies (CIS) at Yonsei University invites applications for research associate and/or postdoctoral researcher positions in its Global Integrated Assessment Modeling Research Program. We look forward to receiving applications from enthusiastic and dedicated researchers.

1. Openings: Research Associate, Postdoctoral Researcher
(*Ph.D. candidates currently enrolled at Yonsei University are eligible to apply.)

2. Research Focus:

1) (Project focus) Development of a Global Integrated Assessment Model for GHG Mitigation

2) Key Areas of Responsibility:

l  Economic impact analysis of energy policies using an integrated assessment model (IAM)

l  Comparative analysis with other integrated assessment frameworks

3. Qualifications:

1) A master’s degree (Research Associate) or doctoral degree (Postdoctoral Researcher) in a related field

2) A strong commitment to high-quality research with the goal of publishing in leading academic journals

3) Preference will be given to candidates with:

l  Research experience in greenhouse gas mitigation policies and technologies

l  Experience in economic and statistical data analysis/modeling related to energy and greenhouse gases

l  Proficiency in using or developing Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) models

l  Relevant academic backgrounds: Economics, Environmental Engineering, Statistics, and related fields

4. Contract Period: 1 year, with the possibility of renewal

5. Compensation: TBD in accordance with Yonsei University’s research funding guidelines
