Postdoctoral Fellow in the Division of Molecular Medicine - Ruđer Bošković Institute, Laboratory for Bioanalytics, for working in the area of Natural Sciences, in the field of Interdisciplinary Natural Sciences, on the project: "Energy Status of the Macroinvertebrate Community as a Proxy for Urban Stream Health" (ESCAPE-US) (IP-2025-02-4563)" funded by the Croatian Science Foundation, for a fixed period of 21 months, and no longer than September 30th, 2027 . One position. Job title: Contest point 16 – Postdoctoral Fellow

Skills/Qualifications

The applicant must comply with the general conditions of the Article 39, paragraph 7 of the Croatian Law on Higher Education and Scientific Activity, as well as the following conditions:

  • • PhD academic degree in the area of Natural Sciences or in the area of Biotechnology Sciences;
  • • Active knowledge of the English language; speech and writing.

Advantage will be given to candidates with:

  • • Experience in the application of modern analytical techniques
  • • Published original research articles and personal presentations at scientific conferences
  • • Experience working in an international research environment.
  • • Experience in the implementation and/or participation in national and international research projects.
  • • Strong organizational and communication skills, including experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
