Job description

– conducting research and teaching work;

– conducting teaching activities for the Institute of Legal Sciences, in particular in the field of:

administrative law

administrative proceedings

pragmatics of law enforcement agencies

– participating in organisational work for the Academy, including carrying out tasks as part of project teams.

Requirements

holding a postdoctoral degree in social sciences in the field of legal sciences or security sciences

if employed, the Police Academy will be the primary workplace,

a declaration of representation in the field of social sciences in the discipline of legal sciences or security sciences,

submission of a declaration of inclusion in the group of research and teaching staff (the so-called N number) in the field of social sciences in the discipline of legal sciences or security sciences at the Police Academy in Szczytno,

documented publication record in the field of social sciences in the discipline of law or security sciences,

- experience in acquiring and implementing research projects.

Additional requirements/skills

a good command of spoken and written foreign language (preferably English, German or Russian),

professional experience in performing tasks in various posts (including managerial positions) in law enforcement,

experience in organisational work and in performing functions in higher education institutions

Submitting the application

–a letter of application shall be addressed to the Commandant-Rector of the Police Academy in Szczytno;

I hereby agree to have my personal data processed at the Police Academy in Szczytno, Poland. It concerns the data contained in the CV and other documents, which I sent to the Academy for the purpose of conducting a competition open to the position described in the job offer.

3) my personal data will be processed in order to conduct a competition open to the position described in the job offer at the Police Academy in Szczytno, in accordance with the Labour Code and Article 6 (1) (a) of the RODO Act;

4) the recipients of my personal data may only be entities entitled to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations and companies supporting the Academy in IT assistance;

5) my personal data will be processed for the period specified in the regulations on archiving or withdrawal of my consent to their processing;

6) I have the right to demand from the controller access to my personal data, the right to rectify, erase or limit the processing, the right to transfer the data, the right to withdraw consent at any time;

7) I have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisory Authority;

8) providing personal data by me is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the above mentioned purpose;

9) the reply to the offer in the form of submitting the required documents shall be regarded as the consent to the processing of my personal data;

10) withdrawal of consent for the processing of my personal data shall be executed by submitting a request to the Human Resources Department of the Police Academy in Szczytno, Poland.
