2. Requirements for Candidate:
3. 1. PhD in the discipline of Environmental Engineering, Mining and Energy,
4. 2. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience at a research institute,
5. 3. Ability to independently plan and conduct design and research work related to new solutions for mining machinery and equipment,
6. 4. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Inventor,
7. 5. Participation in at least one research project financed by Foundation for Polish Science (FENG),
8. 6. Experience in the design and implementation of oil, water, and emulsion hydraulic systems,
9. 7. experience in the design of electrolyzers,
10. 8. technical English proficiency sufficient for literature review and analysis,
11. 9. a minimum of 10 scientific publications in the above-mentioned field, including at least one English-language publication indexed in Scopus,
12. 10. a minimum of 5 granted patents or utility models,
13. 11. participation in international and national research projects (at least 3 projects of each type),
14. 12. delivery of at least 8 presentations at national or international conferences,
15. 13. Category B driving licence.

9. • Candidate's declaration about having full public rights.
10. • Candidate's declaration about unpunishability for intended offence or fiscal offence.

1. The Competition will be resolved by 20.03.2026. Each Candidate will be notified about the result of the Competition by email.
2. The Institute Director will make the decision to employ the Candidate as soon as an opinion of the Scientific Council is given.
