The successful candidate will take the following roles:

  • • Handling of laboratory animals, cell and tissue culture. 
  • • Histological and molecular biology techniques (DNA and RNA extraction, reverse transcription, genotyping, conventional and real-time PCR, Western Blot, proteomics), and immunohistochemistry. Evaluation of vascular calcification, vascular and cardiac fibrosis and senescence.
