The competition is open to candidates who:

• • meet the requirements specified in Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended);
• • hold a postdoctoral degree (habilitation) or the academic title of Professor in the discipline of Pedagogy or a related discipline;
• • hold a Master's degree in Psychology;
• • possess a significant scientific and teaching record in the fields of psychology, pedagogy, psychosocial support, or mental health;
• • have practical experience working as a psychologist, particularly in the areas of crisis intervention, clinical psychology, or psycho-oncology;
• • have teaching experience in higher education;
• • possess sufficient command of the Polish language to conduct classes with students;
• • possess sufficient command of the English language to conduct classes with students.

Candidates applying for the competition are required to submit the following documents:

• • an application for employment addressed to the Rector of The Mazovian University in Płock;
• • curriculum vitae (CV);
• • personal questionnaire for persons applying for employment;
• • a copy, certified by the candidate as a true copy of the original, of the doctoral degree diploma and the postdoctoral degree (habilitation) diploma;
• • copies of diplomas certified by the candidate as true copies of the originals;
• • a list of scientific publications;
• • copies of documents confirming professional experience and employment history;
• • a declaration confirming compliance with the requirements specified in Article 113 of the Law on Higher Education and Science;
• • consent to the processing of personal data;
• • information clause;
• • optionally, other documents supporting the application.

All documents must be signed.

Documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked:

Candidates whose applications are not accepted by the Competition Committee will not be informed of the results of the recruitment procedure. The University reserves the right to cancel the competition procedure without providing any reason. Winning the competition does not guarantee employment. In the case of applications submitted by post, the date of receipt by the University, rather than the postmark date, shall be decisive.
