We are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to work on computational modelling of low dimensional open-shell materials for electronic and magnetic applications. The project will focus on systems based on arrays of stable radicals as novel all-organic advanced multifunctional materials . Knowledge of computational modelling of materials/molecules using density functional theory (DFT) based codes is essential. Experience with modelling conjugated organic molecular-based systems (e.g. electronic structure, charge transport) would be particularly highly valued. Experience in coding with Python would also be beneficial.
