The competition is open to individuals who meet the requirements specified in Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 – the Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended) and the following eligibility criteria:
1) a postdoctoral degree in medical and health sciences in the discipline of physical education,
2) professional experience in teaching at a university,
3) qualifications as a master-class coach in at least one sport,
4) experience in managing scientific journals,
5) documented scientific achievements,
6) statistical knowledge documented by scientific publications,
7) declaration of primary employment at the University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Sącz.

For foreign applicants, knowledge of Polish sufficient to teach is required.

Responsibilities:

• 210 hours of teaching in the following fields: Physiotherapy, Physical Education, and National Security, in the following subjects: Statistics, Statistics in Scientific Research, Research Methodology in Physical Culture, Fundamentals of Statistical Analysis in Medical Sciences, Diploma Seminar: Preparation for the Diploma Thesis and the Diploma Examination, Master's Seminar.

• conducting and actively participating in scientific research and development work carried out in accordance with the represented scientific discipline,

• participating in the organizational and development work of the Faculty and the University,

• providing substantive supervision of students' theses,

• organizational work for the University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Sącz, in particular promotional work at the Faculty of Physical Education and Security Sciences.

Candidates entering the competition are required to submit the following documents:

1) a job application,

2) a declaration of consent to the processing of personal data (Annex 1),

3) a personal questionnaire for the person applying for employment (Annex 2),

4) a curriculum vitae,

5) copies (photocopies) of diplomas confirming their education (originals available for inspection before signing the contract),

6) documents confirming professional experience,

7) documents confirming academic achievements,

8) a declaration of compliance with the requirements of Article 113 of the Law on Higher Education and Science (Annex 3),

9) copies of certificates and additional attestations,

10) a declaration of receipt of information about the internal procedure for reporting violations of law and taking follow-up actions at the ANS in Nowy Sącz (Annex 4),

11) A statement as to whether the University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Sącz will be the primary place of employment within the meaning of the Law on Higher Education and Science (Annex 5). Documents must be signed manually or bear a certified electronic signature.
