Fundeni Clinical Institute offers 1 position (168 hours/month) as Scientific Researcher (postdoc) within the research project NextGenEd, contract no 760281 / 26.03.2024 from grant call PNRR/2022/C9/MCID/I8, entitled „Reactivation of hypermethylated genes and correction of pathogenic mutations by genome-editing technologies in personalized medicine approaches in HCC organoids models


Specific Requirements
  • Storage of biospecimens (blood, tissue)
  • Primary cell cultures: methods of isolation, passage, freezing and thawing of cells
  • Protein structure
  • DNA structure and function
  • Recombinant DNA technology. The principle of the method of cloning and expression of genes in mammalian cells (restriction enzymes, cloning vectors, adenoviruses, lentiviruses, AAV viruses, transformation, transfection, transduction). DNA sequencing
  • DNA, RNA, and protein isolation techniques
  • Gene expression analysis by Real Time PCR and semi-quantitative PCR
  • Quantitative protein determination methods: Bradford, ELISA technique, LUMINEX multiplex technology
  • Gene and protein expression data analysis methods
