We are seeking for an immunology specialist with bioinformatics skills to join our dynamic team for 12 months. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for bioinformatic analyses of immunological (bulk RNA-seq and scRNAseq) and microbiome (shotgun) sequencing, for the interpretation of multi-omics analysis and the writing of a manuscript.
Although we have already identified a profile that closely matches our expectations, we are keen to keep abreast of the talent available on the market. He/she will also be responsible for developing new méthodologies to optimise these analyses, and for the collaborative management of projects with various partners.


A solid expertise in immunology, a good know-how in bioinformatics and the ability to work in a team are essential. The principal activities includes :

1. Development of bioinformatics methodologies :

Operational objectives : Improve and optimise existing techniques to obtain more accurate and reliable data. Propose new approaches for data analysis,

Working conditions: Collaboration with researchers and bioinformaticians. Use of programming languages such as Python or R to develop new tools or scripts.

2. Interactions with colleagues, project management:

Operational objectives : To ensure smooth communication with colleagues in order to understand their needs and expectations. Manage research projects efficiently to meet deadlines and objectives
