We are looking for an experienced postdoctoral researcher to join the molecular oncology group to develop novel anti-cancer immunotherapeutics .

Location: IIS Biogipuzkoa (Donostia-San Sebastián)


Skills/Qualifications

REQUIRED

  •  · PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Health Sciences or similar
  •  · At least 2 years of practical research experience in the field of immunology and/or immunotherapy.
  •  · Experience in the tasks outlined in this offer, particularly in obtaining and handling patient.
  •  · material and experience with primary immune cell culture (specifically T-cells).
  •  · Previous experience in one or more international research laboratories.
  •  · fluent written and spoken English.
  •  · Relevant publications.

VALUABLE

  •  · Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, (PCR, Western Blot, immunofluorescence, ELISA, cytometry, cell sorting etc.).
  •  · Familiarity with animal experimentation.
  •  · Participation in competitive research projects funded by public-private entities.
  •  · Knowledge of bioinformatics and biostatistics (proficiency in software such as R, Python, etc.).
  •  · Geographic mobility (experience abroad).

*A disability certificate of 33% or higher is a plus.
