By order issued by the Director General of the Telecommunications Institute on October 13, 2025, it was approved to open an international call to select one candidate researcher in the scientific scope of the project COOLBRAIN, under the scope of a part-time and term contract, with a termination date undetermined, overseen by Portuguese Labour Code. Job description:

• Coordination of the research activities to be undertaken in project Coolbrain.

Applicable Legislation:

• Decree-Law no. 57/2016 of 29th of August, which approved the hiring of doctorate to stimulate scientific and technological employment for all areas of knowledge (RJEC), amended by the Law 57/2017 dated 19th of July, and regulated by Regulatory Decree nr 11-A/2017, dated 29th December
• Labour Code approved by Law no. 7/2009 of 12 February, under its current Reading.

The workplace shall be at Instituto de Telecomunicações, Polo de Aveiro, Campus Universitário de Santiago, 3810-193 Aveiro.

Formalisation of applications:

1. Applications are formalised by sending a Motivation Letter, addressed to the Board of Instituto de Telecomunicações, including this announcement identification, full name, parents’ names, ID card, or Citizen Card number and date, or civil identification number, taxpayer ID number, date and place of birth, marital status, occupation, residence and contact address, including email address and telephone
2. Applications shall include all supported documents encompassed by section 6 and 7 for tender admission, namely:
   1. Copy of certificate or diploma; *
   2. Doctorate thesis;
   3. Curriculum vitae detailed and structured pursuant to sections 9 and 11.
