Associate Research Staff for the Synthesis, purification and characterization of organic molecules and self-assembling peptides, evaluation of physicochemical properties of peptide nanoparticles and improvement of synthetic protocols: Solid-phase synthesis (manual and robotic); purification and analysis using HPLC-MS, NMR, UV-Vis, FT-IR, CD and DLS; use of electron microscopy for the morphological characterization of peptide nanoparticles; preparation of technical reports and results for the transfer of synthetic protocols to GMP/GLP environments, within the framework of the “TraffikGene-Tx: Targeted Peptide Carriers for RNA Delivery (TraffikGene-Tx)”
