Skills/Qualifications

• a) Proven prior experience in university teaching.
• b) Proven prior experience in laboratory animal experimentation, preferably in rodent models (mouse or rat), including handling, experimental procedures, and monitoring of animal welfare.
• c) Possession of the official certification for working with and handling experimental animals according to current legislation
• d) Demonstrable experience in the application of advanced experimental techniques in neurosciences, such as stereotaxic surgeries, administration of pharmacological substances, behavioral recordings, and/or neuroanatomy, histology, and immunodetection techniques.
• e) Proficiency in the analysis and processing of experimental data, including the use of statistical and scientific software for its interpretation.
• f) Proven ability to work in a coordinated manner within multidisciplinary research environments, with special attention to compliance with current procedures, ethical regulations, and institutional protocols.
• g) Proficiency in scientific English, especially regarding the critical reading of scientific literature and the drafting of reports and technical documentation.
