The Wallenberg Centre for Molecular Medicine (WCMM) at Linköping University launches a new Postdoc program searching for the next generation of leading scientists. WCMM Linköping is part of a national initiative supporting medical research at four selected universities in Sweden. For over 10 years, the WCMM center Linköping has fostered researchers in a wide range of subjects connected to molecular medicine, focusing on the interface between medicine and technology. The center consists of 26 research leaders and their groups in basic and clinical science.

• Position: Postdoctoral Fellow  
• WCMM is seeking Postdoctoral Fellows within several research areas and projects:

  - Epidemiology-Multiomics  
  - Neurodegeneration  
  - Bioinformatic tools  
  - Molecular biology  
  - Ion channels  
  - Translational bioengineering and precision dentistry  
  - AI-driven precision orthopaedics  
  - Laboratory haematology  
  - Emergency medicine  
  - Systems neuroscience

Skills / Qualifications
• You have a PhD or are about to receive a PhD in molecular medicine or related area.  
• The date of your doctoral degree should be no more than four years before the application deadline (exceptions for parental or sick leave).  
• You must have an excellent English language level.  
• Preferably you have obtained your PhD in a country other than Sweden.

Benefits
• The Postdoc position will be limited to two years with a possibility to extend.  
• The position will be a fellowship with stipend (29 000 SEK/month tax free). Please read conditions on the webpage carefully.  
• In some cases, employment with individual taxable salary is possible.
