Company Description:
• Laboratory of Pathogens and Host Immunity (LPHI) at the University of Montpellier
• Focus: Applying mathematical and computational approaches to biological systems
• Core activity: Development of deep learning methods for protein design and optimization, with applications in biology and medicine

Job Description:
• Position: Postdoctoral Researcher
• Activities:
  • Contribute to ongoing projects on SRPs and LLPS using computational modeling and machine learning
  • Carry out required validations
  • Lead preparation of manuscripts
• Motivated postdoc with solid experience in bioinformatics and machine learning

Skills/Qualifications:
• PhD in bioinformatics or related subjects
• Expertise in Python coding
• Experience and good understanding of neural networks and machine learning
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Grants writing experience is a plus

Benefits:
• Net monthly salary: €2,200
• Contract duration: 12 months
