The following requirements may be met by the deadline for applications:

• 1. PhD in Psychology, Neuroscience, Work and Organizational Psychology, Psychometrics or related areas.
• 2. Demonstrable experience in recording and/or analyzing EEG data (laboratory or mobile/portable EEG).
• 3. Experience in psychological assessment and psychometrics, preferably applied to mental health or psychosocial risks or, in its place, demonstrable clinical experience.
• 4. Proficiency in R and/or Python for data processing, including the integration of different sources (psychometrics + physiology + digital data).
• 5. Language skills:
  • o Spanish: high oral and written level;
  • o English: sufficient level for writing articles;
  • o Catalan: basic level or commitment to achieving it.
• • Not incurring any of the causes of incompatibility or prohibition of current regulations and complying with the specific obligations associated with PRTR funds.

Specific Requirements

The committee will assess, up to the maximum established in the scale, the following merits:

• • Specific experience in EEG applied to stress, fatigue, cognitive load or emotional processes.
• • Publications in indexed journals in health psychology, applied neuroscience, psychometrics or psychosocial risks.
• • Experience in assessing psychosocial risks, workplace well-being, absenteeism or productivity.
• • Participation in projects funded by MCIN/AEI or by NextGenerationEU/PRTR programs.
• • International stays or collaborations.
• • Motivation letter aligned with the development of a digital ecosystem for workplace mental health.
