• Statement that the University will be, in the event of winning the competition, the primary place of work;
• Statement that in the case of employment, the Candidate affiliates publications to the Polish Air Force University;
• Statements of compliance with the requirements of article 113, paragraph 2 „The Law on Higher Education and Science” (Dz. U. z 2022 r., poz. 574, z późn. zm.);
• Declaration of consent to the issuance of special categories of personal data, the template of which is used under the application, in the event that the application documents contain personal data revealing: racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical opinions, belonging to professional competences and the processing of biometric data in order to eliminate.
• Information from the National Criminal Register regarding non-conviction for crimes specified in Chapters XIX and XXV of the Penal Code, Articles 189a and 207 of the Penal Code, and the Act of July 29, 2005, on Counteracting Drug Addiction (i.e.: Journal of Laws 2023, item 172), or for acts corresponding to these crimes defined in foreign legal provisions.

Necessary requirements:
• possession of:
a) a postdoctoral degree (habilitation) in social sciences in the discipline of security sciences, or
b) a doctoral degree in social sciences in the discipline of security sciences together with significant professional, teaching, or scientific achievements, or at least the military rank of Brigadier General or Rear Admiral,
• having experience in teaching at the university - teaching classes,
• possession of relevant scientific achievements in the fields related to security, aviation safety, and the development of armed forces,
• experience of conducting research work and scientific research;
• predisposition to teach in Polish and English (can be verified during the interview).

Additional requirements:
• leading or participating in a research project,
• knowledge of English at the level of min. C1 or STANAG 6001 level 3 certified,
• access to classified information – holding a current security clearance at the level of National Secret and NATO Secret,
• former service in uniformed formations,
• proven scientific record in the area of security sciences.

Remuneration:
• basic salary: PLN 11,000.00–14,500.00 gross;
• length-of-service allowance calculated at 1% of the basic salary for each year of employment. The allowance is paid on a monthly basis starting from the fourth year of employment; however, the total amount of the allowance may not exceed 20% of the basic salary.

3. Your personal data is processed in order to carry out the recruitment process.
4. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data are:
a) the necessity to perform the legal obligations incumbent on the administrator (Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation) from the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974, the Labor Code, the provisions the Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labor and Policy Social of December 10, 2018 on employee documentation and in the case of recruitment for the position of an academic teacher, also the provisions of the Act of July 27, 2005, Law on Higher Education and Science.
b) your consent in the case of using personal data to the extent not specified by law (Article 6 (1) (a) in the case of processing of ordinary personal data and Article 9 (1) of the Regulation - in the case of processing personal data of special categories). Consent to the processing of ordinary personal data is sending application documents. Consent to the processing of personal data of special categories is the sending of a written statement.consent is voluntary.
5. Providing personal data indicated in the applicable regulations is mandatory and necessary to participate in the recruitment process, while providing other personal data is voluntary.
6. Recipients of personal data may be entities to whom such data will be made available under applicable law.
7. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of the current recruitment until its completion.
8. You have the right to access your personal data, including obtaining a copy of the data, the right to rectify personal data, the right to delete personal data and the right to limit the processing of personal data. You do not have the right to object to the processing of personal data.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Data Protection Office.
