1 vacancy, full-time, duration of the mandate 4 years, within the
Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry "Petru Poni" Iași

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Persons who cumulatively meet the following conditions may participate in the competition:
a) have Romanian citizenship, citizenship of other Member States of the European Union
or of other states belonging to the European Economic Area and domicile in Romania;
b) I know the Romanian language, written and spoken;

c) have full exercise capacity;
d) have not been definitively convicted of committing a crime against humanity, against the
state or against authority, in service or in connection with service, which impedes the
administration of justice, forgery or acts of corruption or a crime committed with intent,
which would make them incompatible with the exercise of their function, except in the
case of rehabilitation;
e) are medically fit to perform the position for which they are applying, attested by a medical
certificate issued by the family doctor or by the competent health units;
f) meet the study conditions and the specific conditions provided for the position put out
for competition;
g) have not been sanctioned for violating the legal provisions on tax matters, the proof being
made on the basis of a tax record certificate;
h) have not been disciplined in any way;
i) have not caused any pecuniary damage to a research and development unit, the proof
being made by a declaration on their own responsibility;
j) does not carry out activities likely to cause the emergence of conflicts of interest with the
activity carried out in the research unit.

In addition to the general conditions provided in point 2, candidates for the position of
Deputy Director or Scientific Secretary must be at least a Scientific Researcher of the second
degree or associate professor in the field/branch of science corresponding to the position (one
of the branches of science researched within the institute) and hold the scientific title of doctor
in the field/branch of science corresponding to the position (one of the branches of science
researched within the institute).
