• • fluency in at least two Western European languages
• • experience in managing and implementing interdisciplinary research projects focused on active participation in scientific life at the international level in the field of the Late Migration Period and the Early Middle Ages in Northern and Central-Eastern Europe archaeology issues
• • internships at foreign universities or research institutions
• • meeting the requirements set forth in the Law on Higher Education and Science (Art. 113) and the UMCS Statutes (§ 79)

1. 1. The results of the competition will be announced by September, 15, 2026 
2. 2. Originals or certified copies of documents are required to sign the employment contract.
3. 3. The outcome of the competition does not result in the establishment of an employment relationship.
4. 4. The University reserves the right to cancel the competition without providing any reasons.
5. 5. The decision on employment is made by the Rector.
