Position vacant within the project ”Mental health in a rapidly changing society: A multi-level approach, from genes and molecules to neural networks and psychosocial systems”, PN-IV-P6-6.1-CoEx-2024-0139

•  PhD in psychology, cognitive neuroscience or in a related field of neuroscience, obtained no more than 8 years before the date of registration for the competition

•  Postdoctoral or doctoral research experience with fMRI on humans

•  Demonstrable experience in experimental design for fMRI studies including the design and
implementation of experimental paradigms used in the investigation of cognitive, affective or social
processes
•  Demonstrable experience in the analysis of fMRI data in task-based and resting- state tasks, including
preprocessing, GLM modeling and BOLD contrast analysis, as well as functional and brain network
analysis,
•  Experience in structural MRI data analysis, including voxel-based morphometry (VBM) and/or
diffusion imaging (DTI), is an advantage,
•  At least four scientific publications in internationally indexed journals attesting to experience in the
design, analysis and/or interpretation of functional MRI data,
•  Knowledge of programs and tools used in functional MRI data analysis, such as SPM, FSL, AFNI,
CONN, Nilearn, fMRIPrep or other equivalent tools,
•  The experience of working with MRI data acquired on 3T systems is an advantage,
•  Very good knowledge of English,
•  Knowledge of Romanian is an advantage.
