- Holding a Ph.D. degree in a field in the Technical Sciences, Earth Sciences, or a related field. 

- Published in the post-doctoral period as an author or co-author of at least 2 publications in a JCR-listed journal.

- Knowledge of at least one modern foreign language with a grade of B+.

- Participation in research projects funded by domestic or foreign funds as a contractor or manager for at least 1 year prior to applying for a change of position.

- Active participation in at least 2 scientific conferences.

- Presented in writing a plan for scientific development at the Institute.

- Creativity, independence, openness to new challenges, good ability to plan and conduct research work

- Ability to work in a team

- PhD degree in technical sciences in the field of technical sciences in the discipline of mining and engineering geology or chemical technology,

- Habilitation in the field of technical sciences in the discipline of energy, mining and environmental engineering,

- Experience in conducting sorption studies (volumetric and gravimetric methods), structural (mercury porosimetry) and elemental studies (XRD, FTiR),

- Ability to use Origin, Grapher,

- Scientific achievements supported by at several dozen publications in the list JCR,

- Experience in research projects,

- Suitability for performing research work in the field of theory, experiment, design and construction of apparatus and numerical investigations,
