Laboratory of biotransformation is looking for a biologically oriented scientist who will be able to independently conduct research activities within the assigned topic of lectin-carbohydrate interactions, develop and implement new assays, submit grant projects, and potentially lead a small team of students/lab technician(s). 


Responsibilities and duties:

- development of immunochemical assays and in vitro functional assays in cell cultures

- phenotyping and labelling of cells, working with subcellular fractions, blotting techniques

- flow cytometry

- microscopy techniques

- cell culture and passaging, cryopreservation of cultures
