Applicants, along with the signed application for the competition, must submit:
– CV (with a special mention of previous work experience, social activities and
knowledge of foreign languages)
– a copy of the diploma of the appropriate professional qualification, i.e. the academic degree of Doctor of Science
– transcript of grades from exams passed during studies
– proof of citizenship
– for foreign citizens, proof of excellent knowledge of the Croatian language

Applicants may also submit other documentation, in particular:
– a description of scientific, teaching and professional activities
– proof of practical experience and/or teaching work in the relevant area and field
– proof of knowledge of a foreign language
– awards and recognitions
– certificates of qualification or professional development
– recommendations (e.g. from a thesis or doctoral thesis mentor, professor, former employer, etc.).
