The main task of the person employed in the position of post-doc (assistant professor) will be full-time work in the project financed by the National Science Center (NCN) entitled "Experimental studies of proton-boron (p+B) synthesis reactions in the Plasma-Focus system". As part of the work on the implementation of the project, the tasks will include cooperation and participation in:

• preparation of Plasma-Focus PF-24 for experiments with laser ablation of boron and measurement of charged particles emitted in the p-B reaction,

• analysis of the efficiency and characteristics of proton-boron synthesis products under discharge conditions in Plasma-Focus type systems,

• estimation of the efficiency of laser ablation of boron from a target placed in the PF-24 anode,

• experimental sessions, determination and optimization of discharge parameters

• analysis of data and development of results obtained in experiments.

In addition, the person employed in the project will be required to actively participate in cooperation with the consortium member (Institute of Plasma Physics and Laser Microfusion), prepare manuscripts and present the results of work at national and international scientific meetings.
