The postdoctoral researcher recruited will be in charge of the research project on affouages in Meuse and Haute-Marne. He or she will be responsible for conducting ethnographic research and interviews and for analysing the empirical material. The post-doctoral researcher will also play an active role in the overall coordination of the project. The position requires a good knowledge of the local actors in charge of affouages in Meuse and Haute-Marne. It also requires availability for long periods in winterto carry out two long ethnographic immersions. In this respect, experience of woodcutting will be particularly appreciated.
