CREOP operates within the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences and the IAE. It was approved by the Scientific Council of the University of Limoges on October 28, 2002, and recognized at the national level in December 2003. It brings together some twenty teacher-researchers and twenty doctoral students. CREOP was created to enable managers and lawyers at the University of Limoges to conduct joint research on the theme of business and, more broadly, organizations and the assets of business actors.

Recruited for one year, the postdoctoral researcher will work alongside the CREOP management team to create a Chair in Emerging Businesses and Territories and to set up an ANR project integrated into the chair.

With regard to the chair, the research program undertaken by CREOP with other institutes and research teams, XLIM and OMIJ, is designed to support the transformation of the Limousin region by analyzing the dynamics and growth drivers of active players in the context of new environmental challenges and the digital transformation of society. The post-doc's mission will be to continue and initiate work on the challenges of sustainable logistics for the Limousin region and to diagnose the difficulties associated with its historical isolation. The post-doc will also participate in work aimed at understanding how to create value to ensure the development of businesses and their ecosystem in the sectors involved in the chair (agriculture, the luxury industry, the Silver Economy). An analysis of uncaptured value will also be conducted.

With regard to the national call for projects (ANR), the ANR project aims to explore the relationship between traceability, transparency, and consumer behavior in the context of sustainable sectors. The person recruited will be invited to participate in the preparation of the application as well as other regional or European calls for projects as part of the development of the chair.

In addition, the person recruited will ensure the exploitation and scientific promotion of the results by writing scientific articles and actively participating in scientific conferences or technical seminars. A bibliographic review will also have to be carried out throughout the contract using bibliographic databases.

Main tasks.

• Join the Chair project team and participate in its creation (defining areas of focus, partner relations, etc.)
• Coordinate the application for the ANR call for projects and, if necessary, participate in the various phases of the project
• Participate in the life of the laboratory and the IAE by teaching (96 hours of tutorials) and participating in various events: cross-disciplinary days, innovation workshops, etc.
• Promote your research and that of the laboratory by participating in conferences and publishing research articles
