The Laboratory of Economics and Management of Nantes Atlantic (LEMNA) at Nantes University is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow in economics with strong technical skills for a 24-month appointment. The position is embedded within the Environmental Challenges, Sea and Energy department and conducted in close collaboration with the SEA Unit (MER) of CAPACITÉS, the University's private subsidiary specialized in transferring academic expertise to public and private partners. Situated in the Pays de la Loire region, recognized as a European leader in the maritime economy, Nantes University offers a unique ecosystem at the crossroads of academic research, industry, and public policy in the field of ocean and coastal resources.

The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge, interdisciplinary research on fisheries economics and more broadly coastal resources, with a strong orientation toward applied and policy-relevant work.
