Summary: There is an open call for one (1) Post-Doctoral Research Grant (“Bolsa de Pós-Doutoramento”) at Instituto de Telecomunicações, in the scope of project COOLBRAIN.

Scientific Area: Basic Sciences and Enabling Technologies

Group: Integrated Circuits – Av

Work Objectives: The mail goal of the present project will be the deposition of vertically aligned carbon nanotubes (VACNTs), with nanostructured patterns, on diamond films grown on microelectronic devices (chiplets).

Place of work: The work will be developed at the premises of Instituto de Telecomunicações at University of Aveiro, under the supervision of Dr. Joana Catarina Martins Mendes.

Duration: 12 months,with the possibility of renewal. This type of scholarship has a maximum duration of 3 years. Start date: January 2026 or soon thereafter.
