In accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation, applications are invited to fill two teaching vacancies scheduled for 2025 at the Lisbon Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration, Lisbon Polytechnic Institute.

1. Type of Selection Process — Documentary Competition

2. Category — Adjunct Professor

3. Department — Accounting and Auditing

4. Deadline — Until the vacancies listed in the notice are filled

5. Functional content — As described in Article 3(4) of the ECPDESP

6. Contract Type — Indefinite with 5-year probation

7. Admission Requirements — PhD or specialisation in Accounting, Auditing, Management, or Economics

a) Technical-scientific and/or Professional Performance (TSPP – 40 pts)

ㆍ Publications (indexed, peer-reviewed, etc.): max 15 pts

ㆍ Scientific projects: max 6 pts

ㆍ Supervision of theses: max 9 pts

ㆍ Community engagement: max 6 pts

ㆍ Examination board participation: max 4 pts

b) Pedagogical Component (EPC – 40 pts)

ㆍ Teaching materials with ISBN/ISSN: max 8 pts

ㆍ Course responsibility: max 8 pts

ㆍ Course management: max 8 pts

ㆍ Teaching experience: max 12 pts

ㆍ Committee participation: max 4 pts

c) Other Relevant Activities (OA – 20 pts)

ㆍ Management roles in HEI: max 7.5 pts

ㆍ Jury participation: max 7 pts

ㆍ Public interest activities: max 5.5 pts
