The successful candidate will participate in the PEPSISCO project, which aims to exploit the properties of intrinsically disordered proteins to encode information. The candidate will be responsible for recording NMR spectra, analyzing them, and developing spectral methods suitable for analyzing polypeptides containing non-canonical amino acids.


Activities :

- Multi-nuclear NMR spectroscopy, including 19F
- Spectral analysis (resonance assignment)
- Structural analysis of modified peptides
- Study of intrinsically disordered proteins

- Implementation of automated pipelines for spectral analysis
- Development of pulse sequences
- Relaxation analysis


Knowledge
- Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and its applications in biology
- Biology of intrinsically disordered proteins


Operational skills
- Use of NMR analysis software
- Use of a Bruker NMR spectrometer


Behavioral skills
- Scientific curiosity
- Ability to communicate about one's research work


Exposure to magnetic fields.
