Your profile

• • Completed — or nearly completed — doctoral studies in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics, stochastic analysis, or a closely related field of mathematics (you are welcome to apply with nearly completed doctoral studies, but the employment can only start after completion).
• • Familiarity with academic/scientific work
• • Experience with presentations
• • Advanced knowledge in the relevant subject area
• • Teaching experience is advantageous
• • Excellent command of English
• • German language skills are advantageous
• • Organizational and analytical skills and structured way of working
• • Interest and enthusiasm for research and working with students

• Entry level salary is determined by the pay grade B1 of the Austrian collective agreement for university staff. This is a minimum of currently EUR 4,932.90/month gross, 14 times/year for 40 hours/week. Relevant working experiences may increase the monthly income.
