Centre International de Formation et de Recherche Avansées en Physique – CIFRA, with headquarters in Magurele, 407, Atomistilor street, Ilfov county, organizes a competition for filling of 1 position of senior research 3 (CS3) within the PNRR project CF264 ““NEutrino Properties Through Use of Nuclei” (NEPTUN), project director prof. Jouni Suhonen.


The employment is done with an individual work contract for the period February 1st, 2026 – June 30, 2026.


Job duties: Investigation of the nuclear matrix elements for double-beta decay with IBM2 nuclear model.


Job qualification: PhD in nuclear physics or particle physics; computational experience.
