As part of a research partnership between SAFRAN Composites and the UMET laboratory (Materials and Transformations Unit) at Centrale Lille Institut, an innovative project aims to design and validate a test bench dedicated to studying the fire behavior of composite materials in flight conditions. This project is part of a collaborative effort to strengthen scientific and industrial knowledge on the resistance and durability of composite materials in extreme environments.

Skills/Qualifications

  • • Doctorate in materials science, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • • Experience in designing experimental devices and instrumentation.
  • • Strong knowledge of composite material behavior and data analysis.
  • • Ability to work in a team and interact with industrial partners.
  • • Rigorous, independent, and proactive.
  • • Excellent writing skills and a good command of scientific English.
