The announced position corresponds to the Permanent Lecturer (PPL: Profesor Permanente Laboral) in the area of Human Anatomy and Embryology, assigned to the Department of Morphology. One position is offered (Competition No. 2601/2781; RPT Code: 1260276002).

Essential requirements:

• • Spanish language proficiency at a minimum C1 level
• • Degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s or equivalent) officially recognized or validated by the Spanish Ministry of Education
• • Accreditation by ANECA is required

The selected candidate will carry out teaching and research activities in subjects assigned to the area of knowledge, specifically:

• • Anatomy (Nursing Degree).
• • Basic Anatomy (Physiotherapy Degree).
• • Human Anatomy II (Medicine Degree).
• • Human Anatomy applied to Biomedical Engineering (Biomedical Engineering Degree).
• • Fundamentals of Human Anatomy applied to Physical Activity and Sports (Physical Activity and Sports Sciences Degree).
• • Teaching activities involving the use of human anatomical/cadaveric dissection (previous experience required).

Additionally, the candidate will be expected to develop research activities within the lines of Human Anatomy and Embryology and/or Comparative Anatomy. The successful applicant is expected to contribute to scientific production, participate in competitive research projects, and promote knowledge transfer in the field. The position is classified under UNESCO code 2410.02 (Human Anatomy).

Applicants must hold a PhD related to the profile and one of the following degrees: Medicine, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Veterinary Medicine, Biology/Environmental Sciences, Pharmacy, or Dentistry.

The selection procedure will be carried out through a competitive process, in accordance with current regulations. ANECA or ACCUEE accreditation is required.
