Biopolymeric Microcapsules with Probiotics – Augmentation Vectors for Biologically Active Food Products (MicroCAPS)
Funding Contract No. 52TE / 08.01.2025


Position Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher in Chemistry to join our research team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and testing of bioactive peptides and the physicochemical analysis of food products as part of the MicroCAPS project.


Required Experience / Skills:
The candidate should have knowledge and practical experience in techniques such as:

  • • Solid-phase synthesis of bioactive peptides using the Fmoc/tBu method.
  • • Spectroscopic and spectrometric techniques (FTIR, MS, NMR).
  • • Chromatographic analysis methods, including high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
  • • Techniques for determining physicochemical properties of food products.
  • • Comparative analysis of functionalized and non-functionalized hydrogels.
