We are looking for a talented and motivated postdoctoral researcher to conduct research into the monolithic manufacturing of functional optical microsystems using direct laser writing. This project is being carried out in collaboration with a consortium of leading European academic partners and is funded by the ERC-Synergy programme. The successful candidate will work alongside a small team of doctoral and master's students, taking on a leading role in coordinating our activities within the consortium. Experience with direct laser writing of micro-optics, microsystem technology, or dielectric nanostructures would be advantageous.


Skills/Qualifications

Candidates with an PhD degree in electrical or microsystems engineering, alternatively physics or mechanical engineering with a background in optics are welcome. Proven proficiency in written and spoken English is a must; German is a strong plus.
