We are seeking to recruit for a Junior Researcher for the InFeed4Sustain project within the Feed2Learn research group, based at the UOC's Research Centre on the Futures of Education in the Digital Age (UOC-FuturEd).

The aim of the project is to analyse the feedback strategy based on the comparison between the work produced by the student and an external benchmark. This is a sustainable strategy, and we are currently examining how it should be implemented at the UOC to ensure it effectively supports student learning.

Responsibilities

• • Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data collected within the framework of the project.
• • Publication of results.
• • Drafting of research reports and project memoirs.
• • Dissemination of the group's results at conferences.
• • Review and update of the research group's website.
• • Support in the coordination tasks of the research group.

The successful candidate will be awarded a temporary part-time (50%) contract lasting 3 months. The scheduled start date is April 2026.

For work on site, the principal location will be the UOC Campus, at Rambla del Poblenou 154-156, Barcelona. At the UOC, we work with an open working model that combines remote working with work on-site, according to organizational needs and the nature of the tasks involved.
