Skills/Qualifications

The competition is open to persons who meet the conditions set out in Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on higher education and science (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668) and the following qualification criteria:

• • Holds the habilitation degree in Social Sciences or Humanities in the field of Political Science
• • Has properly documented research interests (publications, conference presentations, conducted research work) oriented towards on comparative research on political systems.
• • Published scientific articles in scientific publishing included in the ministerial list at level I and in scientific journals, in particular indexed in the Scopus and WoS database, and those that received funding under the ministerial program ,,Support for scientific journals".
• • Has documented participation in foreign scientific conferences
• • Has experience teaching at the academic level in the fields of political science, security studies, and international relations.
• • Has proven experience in obtaining or conducting research or teaching grants financed from external funds (NSC, NCRD, European projects).
• • Has experience in organizational work at universities.
• • Fluent in specialized English.
