The ideal candidate must have demonstrable experience in the field of cryptography and must be fluent in speaking and writing Catalan, Spanish, and English.

Experience in dissemination projects or participation in cybersecurity outreach activities will be positively valued.

These participation requirements must be met by the application deadline, must be verifiable at any point during the selection process, and must continue to be met through the date of contract signing. Alleged merits will always be considered in relation to the final day of the application period.

Skills/Qualifications

GENERAL

a) Hold a PhD degree (Doctorate).

b) Not have been dismissed from the service of any public administration through disciplinary proceedings, nor be disqualified by a final judgment from performing public duties. In the case of being a national of another country, not be disqualified or in an equivalent situation, nor have been subject to a disciplinary sanction or equivalent that prevents, in their country and under the same terms, access to public employment.

SPECIFIC

Selection Criteria

1. • Academic Background: PhD in Cryptography or Cybersecurity. 0-40 points.
2. • Professional Experience / Suitability for the proposed profile: Minimum 3 years of demonstrable post-doctoral research experience. Participation in competitive national or European projects. Experience in collaboration with companies, technology transfer, or industry-academia interaction. Experience in writing technical materials or specialized outreach content. 0-40 points.
3. • Other Merits: Experience in scientific dissemination activities. Experience in organizing workshops or project closing activities. 0-20 points.

The minimum score required to pass the selection process is 75 points.
