•Previous experience in biomedical research, molecular biology, histology, or cell culture laboratories.

•Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate sample records.

•Basic computer skills for sample tracking, inventory management, and data recording.
•Basic technical English for reading protocols and scientific documentation.

•Processing of human biological samples: blood, fresh/frozen tissue, and paraffin-embedded tissue.
•Histological sectioning using microtome and cryostat.
•DNA/RNA extraction, quantification, and quality control from blood and FFPE samples. PCR, qPCR, and RT-PCR.
•Sample preparation for spatial transcriptomics using Visium technology.
•Cell culture maintenance, media preparation, and cryopreservation.
•Cell nucleofection for functional assays and cellular reprogramming.
•Sample preparation for spectral cytometry and liquid biopsy studies.
•Preparation of commonly used buffers, reagents, and solutions.
•Management of orders, inventory, traceability, and sample storage.
