The scholarship holder will support the coordination and execution of LEVER Project field activities in Santos/Sao Vicente region (SP), including stakeholder mapping, logistical organization of interviews and participatory workshops, management and systematization of qualitative data, preparation of technical reports, and support for analysis using specialized software. They will also contribute to integrating the research and outreach activities carried out by the local team, as well as integrating data produced by Undergraduate Research scholarship holders.

LEVER directly supports the overarching ambition of Biodiversa+ to generate actionable knowledge for transformative change aimed at halting and reversing biodiversity decline. In line with the BioDivTransform call the project enhances the understanding of socio-ecological systems through the lens of ecosystem services, plural values, and worldviews. It adopts a holistic and integrative approach by addressing biodiversity loss along with its key drivers—climate change and pollution—and exploring their interactions within the C-B-P nexus.
