- work environment: The researcher will have access to all the equipment, including the annual budget and the personal computer provided by the MARBEC laboratory for modelling and mapping work. 

- main mission: The researcher’s main role will be to model and integrate data from the SEAMAP project into a georeferenced database. 

- activities: Modelling habitat-biodiversity relationships, (2) Mapping habitats and human pressures, (3) Integrating results into the Georchestra platform

The net monthly salary is between €2,200 and €2,270

The contract duration is 7 months


Skills/Qualifications

Proficiency in the Python programming language, inferential statistics and mapping (GIS).

Specific Requirements

PhD in marine ecology with skills in data analyses and modelling but also in geomatics.
