TASKS/ROLE * conducting experimental research using advanced spectroscopic techniques and developing measurement methods * publishing research results in reputable scientific journals listed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW) * combining scientific research with applied work, including developing practical applications of conducted studies and actively building a network of collaboration with scientific institutions and industry partners * delivering lectures and laboratory classes in physics at the undergraduate and graduate levels * popularizing physics among a broad audience
