(1) The person entering the competition has at least a doctoral degree in the discipline of psychology;

(2) Has outstanding scientific achievements, significant activity in the organizational sphere and acquisition of significant research projects financed from external sources;

(3) Has scientific achievements in the field of applied behavioral psychology, health and human development;

(4) Additional advantages will be documented experience:

(a) in obtaining research grants in domestic and foreign competitions; 

(b) in managing the implementation of research projects;

(c) in research and development (R&D) work on the implementation and commercialization of research results;

(d) in the use of IT in scientific research and/or in psychological practice using equipment from the laboratories of the Faculty of Psychology (e.g. in EEG measurements, transcranial stimulation, etc., 

(e) candidate's declaration of submitting, together with employment, a draft application for a high-volume grant and its affiliation with UKW
